ACCESS PANEL INSTALLATION.
On larger kitchen exhaust systems, proper access panels are required to allow for full access of all interior surfaces of the duct system(s) for inspections & cleanings.
HINGE KIT INSTALLATION.
A properly hinged up-blast exhaust fan will ensure the safety for the certified cleaner, allow for a full cleaning of the fan/duct and prevent any damage to the fan or roof.
EXHAUST FAN BELT REPLACEMENT.
Something as simple as a drive belt could be costly to your cooking operations. We offer a complimentary replacement on our first cleaning service. From that point on for a small cost, we can ensure your drive belts are fresh and in stock.
EXHAUST FAN MAINTENANCE & INSTALLATION
We can customize an exhaust fan maintenance schedule to help eliminate the possibility of a break down. If the fan is beyond repair, we can safely & properly install a new one.
BEARING REPLACEMENT.
Maintaining well greased and functional shaft bearings will prevent unexpected exhaust fan failure and costly shut downs.
